Mindfulness + Sensory Play (ages 1-5 with a grown-up)
In this 60-minute class, children and grown-ups will have the opportunity to learn breathing techniques, practice mindfulness, and engage in a variety of sensory play activities. This class is open to children of all ages, stages, and abilities. Wear clothing that can get dirty, as paint and other messy materials will be available.

Process Art (ages 4+)
Process art will expose children of mixed ages to a myriad of materials in new and exciting ways, elements of art presented in a developmentally appropriate way, and even some famous artist and history. The experience is the heart of this class and glorious messes will be made! Both collaborative and individual mediums will be explored, with plenty of documentation to show the children's work as they learn, create, and most importantly, have fun!

My Grown-Up & Me Yoga & Play (ages 1-5)
This 60-minute class is designed for a grown-up and a child to move, stretch, and unwind side-by-side. Through stories, rhymes, songs, imaginative play, and mindful movement, you'll build strength, flexibility, and trust. Together, you’ll practice playful yoga poses, partner stretches, and calming breathwork that build connection, strength, and joy. Registration includes one caregiver and one child. Sibling rates available.

Pre/Postnatal Yoga (Not Heated)
Pregnancy is a transitional time in your life bringing many changes and opportunities to grow. Classes will help you learn to link breath with postures creating a mind and body awareness giving you the ability to respond in the birthing process. Pre/Post Natal yoga is a non heated, 60 minute class, gentle yoga practice that teaches you ways to adjust to the changing needs of your body during and after pregnancy.
With consistent practice, you will learn movements to reduce common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, sciatica, and swelling in the ankles and feet; strengthen your body while increasing flexibility and endurance; improve circulation and aid digestion; strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles; nourish the nervous system; and feel more prepared and confident for labor and birth.

Little Kids science club
Discover the wonders of science through hands-on experiments, exciting projects, and interactive activities. Designed to spark curiosity and creativity, Science Club encourages kids to ask questions, think critically, and explore the world around them in an engaging, supportive, and playful environment.

Storytime Yoga (ages 3-8)
Bring stories to life with mindful movement, breathwork, music, arts & crafts, and play—all while experiencing the benefits of a yoga & mindfulness practice. This 60-minute small group supports literacy development and social-emotional learning in engaging, playful, developmentally appropriate ways. Recommended age 3-8.

Yoga & Mindfulness Night (ages 4-10)
In this special evening class, kids will explore yoga and mindfulness through the rhythm of the sea. Practice variations of boat Pose and other ocean-inspired movements and breathing exercises. Unwind with soothing ocean-themed art activities—perfect for expressing creativity and ending the night with a sense of calm. Come join us for a night of movement, imagination, and deep-sea peace! Pizza & a healthy snack will be served.

Stacks & Tracks ($30/Ticket)
All aboard for a sweet adventure! Kids and parents can enjoy a tasty stack of three fluffy pancakes while rolling down the rails, soaking in scenic views, and creating memories that’ll last a lifetime.
