Feels like just yesterday the kids were throwing their bags at us the last time as summer break rolled in, but here we are with shorter days on the tide. In celebration of another memorable summer, Southern Pines Rec will be hosting an “End of Summer” Party on August 14 from 5:30 — 8 PM at Downtown Park. Expect lots of food, games for kids and families, and of course- music!
