Join Sweat Like A Mother (SLAM) for a free and open to the public event on Thursday June 25 at 9:30 AM. Moms and their kiddos should meet at Red's Corner/Pony Espresso for a fun filled 5K. There will also be a 1 mile option for walkers.

All children attending must be in a stroller or wagon for safety.

This is a FREE event for non-members, open to the public, and is a non-sanctioned running event meant to bring some running fun to our Thursday morning!
