The class is held on the first and third Thursday of the month from 6-8 p.m. Breast pumps and other equipment that may be helpful to your breastfeeding routine will be shown. Most insurance companies will cover the charge for the class.

Shop fresh, local, and producer-only goods at two weekly markets in Southern Pines. The Thursday Market runs year-round from 9 AM–12:30 PM at the Armory Sports Complex (604 W. Morganton Rd). The Saturday Market takes place Downtown at 156 SE Broad Street from 8 AM–12 PM, March 8 through November 22, 2025 (no market the first Saturday in October). Note: The Thursday market shifts to Wednesday during Thanksgiving week.
