All postpartum mothers are welcome to join this free weekly support group, whether you’re navigating life with your first baby or your third.

Our postpartum typically meets thursdays from 11 am - 1 pm
all are welcome

Designed for moms with babies ranging from just a few weeks old to early crawlers, the group offers a supportive space to connect, ask questions, and spend time with other mothers in the thick of postpartum life.

Most gatherings are announced the Wednesday before and typically meet Thursdays from 11 AM–1 PM in casual, kid-friendly spaces around Moore County.
