Join Brigette for a special 2-hour self-care experience honoring the journey of motherhood. Whether a mom-to-be, mother of littles, stepmom, or your children are full grown, this is an opportunity to celebrate your unique motherhood journey. We will begin with a short reflection and writing exercise on this season of motherhood. Enjoy gentle, feel good movement in an unheated room followed by a grounding savasana with hands on assists throughout class and a soothing sound healing experience at the end. This workshop is designed to help you feel grounded, nurtured, and restored—without taking time away from your Sunday celebrations. *Each attendee will receive a specially curated gift in celebration of Mother’s Day.
