Pregnancy is a transitional time in your life bringing many changes and opportunities to grow. Classes will help you learn to link breath with postures creating a mind and body awareness giving you the ability to respond in the birthing process. Pre/Post Natal yoga is a non heated, 60 minute class, gentle yoga practice that teaches you ways to adjust to the changing needs of your body during and after pregnancy.


With consistent practice you will:

  • Learn movements to decrease the common discomforts of pregnancy; for example, decrease back pain, sciatica, and swelling of ankles & feet

  • Strengthen body, increase flexibility, and endurance

  • Improve circulation and aid in digestion

  • Strengthen uterus and pelvic muscles

  • Nourish the nervous system

  • Feel more prepared and confident for labor and birth
