Join The Connection Corner for a playful, hands-on class designed to help children build confidence around food through curiosity, creativity, and exploration. Each session features engaging food-based activities, simple tasting experiences, sensory exploration, games, and playful challenges that encourage children to discover new foods in a fun, low pressure environment.
Children are invited to interact with foods at their own pace, while developing positive relationships with healthy foods, expanding their comfort zones, and building confidence one bite at a time.
